Universal Tester for final product

This board is used to testing the final product, when it comes to final test and burning program. It included the power test, peripheral test and functional test. The board has several push button to giving external interrupt, reset. The board is controlled by JTAG programmer and FTDI USB to UART converter. Both of connection is used to debug and download the program. The board has 40 leds as indicator of test result, it controlled with 8-bit mux. It include some opamp to test the power. The board contained 38 transistors which act as keypad switch.

The main processing unit is using STM32 microcontroller, to control the interrupt, mux, ADC, and buzzer. When the result goes to the final passed quality test, the buzzer will give an indicator as final result. The peripheral that can be tested is I2C, SPI, ADC, UART, and Logic Hi – Low.
